Driver’s License Requirements
To ensure a smooth and compliant rental process, all drivers must meet the following criteria:
Basic Eligibility
Valid Driver’s License:
Domestic (Moroccan) drivers must present a current, valid driver's license.
International drivers must present a valid foreign license plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a certified Arabic translation.
License Tenure:
Minimum of 1 year since license issuance.
Additional Requirements
Age Requirement:
Renters must be at least 21 years old. Drivers aged between 21–25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
Main Driver Presence:
The license holder must be present at pickup and match the primary booking name.
Additional Drivers:
Can be added at the time of booking or pickup.
Each additional driver must meet the same license and age criteria.
No Pending Violations:
License should be free from current suspensions, restrictions, or unresolved traffic violations.
How to Prepare for Pickup
Before your scheduled pickup, please ensure you have:
Original physical license (no photocopies).
Valid IDP or certified translation, if your license isn’t in Arabic or French.
Proof of identity, such as a passport or national ID card.
A major credit card in the renter’s name for deposit purposes.

Basic Coverage Included
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
Covers damages to the rental vehicle in case of an accident, subject to terms and conditions and an excess/deductible amount.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below to know your options regarding cancellations and modifications:
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental.No-Show:
If you fail to pick up the vehicle without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to the total rental amount may be charged.
Modification Policy
Changes to Booking:
Modifications such as date, time, or vehicle type can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.Late Modifications:
Changes made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to availability and additional fees.Extension of Rental Period:
Rental extensions can be arranged during the rental period, subject to vehicle availability and rate changes.
How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

Provide your booking reference number and details of the requested change or cancellation.
Minimum Age Requirements
To rent a vehicle, all drivers must meet the following minimum age criteria:
Minimum Age: 21 years old
Young Driver Surcharge: Drivers between 21 and 25 years old may be subject to an additional young driver fee.
Age Verification: A valid ID or driver’s license showing your date of birth is required at the time of rental.
Exceptions: Some vehicle categories or special offers may require drivers to be older than 25 years. Please check specific vehicle requirements when booking.
